By entering Crescent Hotel & Lounge casino resort or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access our facilities or services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to gamble at our casino resort. We strictly enforce age verification at all entry points. Anyone under 18 years of age is prohibited from:

• Gambling or participating in any gaming activities
• Being present in gaming areas
• Collecting or redeeming gaming winnings
• Registering for VIP Club membership

Valid government-issued photo identification is required for age verification.

3. Responsible Gaming Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of problem gambling.

4. Gaming Rules

All gaming is subject to:

• State gaming regulations and laws
• House rules posted at each gaming area
• Management decisions are final on all disputes
• Security surveillance operates 24/7 throughout the casino
• Cheating or advantage play will result in immediate expulsion and prosecution

5. VIP Club Membership

VIP Club membership terms:

• Membership is free but requires registration and age verification
• Points and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable
• Benefits and point values may change at management's discretion
• Membership can be revoked for violation of casino policies
• Expired points cannot be reinstated

6. Hotel Accommodations

Hotel reservation terms:

• Check-in age is 21 years or older
• Valid credit card required at check-in
• Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to arrival
• Damage to property will be charged to guest account
• Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced

7. Conduct and Behavior

Guests must:

• Maintain appropriate dress code standards
• Refrain from disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior
• Not engage in harassment or discrimination
• Not bring weapons or illegal substances onto property
• Comply with all staff instructions

We reserve the right to remove anyone violating these standards without refund.

8. Photography and Surveillance

By entering our property, you consent to:

• Security camera surveillance throughout the facility
• Use of your likeness in promotional materials (unless you opt-out)
• Monitoring of gaming activity for security purposes

9. Winnings and Taxation

Gaming winnings may be subject to:

• Federal and state income tax withholding
• W-2G tax form issuance for qualifying wins
• Verification of identity before payment of large jackpots

10. Liability Limitations

Crescent Hotel & Lounge is not liable for:

• Personal property loss or theft
• Injuries occurring on property (except due to our negligence)
• Gaming losses
• Equipment malfunctions (gaming machines, systems)

11. Property Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse admission to anyone
• Request guests to leave the property at any time
• Modify or cancel promotions without notice
• Change gaming rules and house odds

12. Alcoholic Beverages

Complimentary alcoholic beverages are offered to active gaming guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals. Drinking and driving is illegal and strongly discouraged.

13. Lost or Stolen Property

Lost and found items are held for 30 days. Valuable items may require proof of ownership for return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with state laws.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
